TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION


PREAMBLE

The event (hereinafter "the Event") is organized by HUB INSTITUTE, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 523 594 752, whose registered office is located at 9 Boulevard Gouvion Saint-Cyr, 75017 Paris.

By registering for the Event, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation without reservation.


ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions for registration and participation in the Event.


ARTICLE 2 - REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

2.1 Target audience

The Event is exclusively reserved for decision-makers and business professionals. The organizer reserves the right to refuse any registration that does not correspond to the event's target audience.

2.2 Registration validation

Registration becomes final after validation of the online form and receipt of a confirmation email. For paid registrations, full payment is required.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse any registration without having to justify its decision.

2.3 Badge and access control

The access badge is strictly personal and non-transferable. A valid ID will be required to collect the badge. Any transfer, loan or reproduction of the badge is strictly prohibited and will result in access being denied without refund.


ARTICLE 3 - FEES AND NON-REFUNDABILITY

3.1 Pricing

Pricing conditions vary according to registration type. Prices are indicated including all taxes on the registration page. Payment is made online by credit card or bank transfer.

3.2 Non-refundability

All confirmed and paid registrations are firm and final.

No refund will be made in case of withdrawal, absence or cancellation by the participant. In case of inability to participate, only a transfer of registration to another person from the same company is possible (article 2.5).


ARTICLE 4 - CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY THE ORGANIZER

The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, schedules, speakers or event venue without this giving right to any refund.

In case of total cancellation of the event, participants will be informed by email.


ARTICLE 5 - LIABILITY

Each participant undertakes to adopt respectful and professional behavior, to comply with safety rules and not to disrupt the smooth running of the event. Any breach may result in immediate exclusion without refund.

The organizer disclaims all liability in case of theft, loss or damage to personal property during the event.


ARTICLE 6 - IMAGE RIGHTS

By participating in the event, and unless you explicitly object during registration, you authorize HUB INSTITUTE free of charge to photograph/film you and to distribute these images on all media (website, social networks, communication materials, advertisements) as part of the promotion of the event and HUB Institute activities.

This authorization is granted:

  • Without time limit
  • Without territorial limit
  • Without financial compensation

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting: contact@hubinstitute.com


ARTICLE 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content presented during the event (presentations, speeches, documents, logos, trademarks) is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Any violation may result in legal proceedings.

8.3 Processing purposes

Your data is used for managing your registration, access to Event services, sending communications, improving our services, and with your consent: newsletter, partner communications and professional networking.

8.4 Legal basis

Processing is based on the execution of the participation contract, your explicit consent and the legitimate interest of HUB Institute.

8.5 Data recipients

Your data may be shared with HUB Institute teams, partners (with consent) and other participants via networking (if activated).

8.6 Data retention

3 years after the event for participation data. Until withdrawal of consent for newsletters.

8.7 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, limit, object to and port your data.

inwink is an event management tool that handles participant authentication during event registration.

The collection of certain personal data by the inwink authentication system is necessary to allow users to register for an event, access an event website, and view information related to the practical and logistical organization of an event.

Personal data collected by inwink includes surname, first name and contact details, login credentials and passwords, as well as all fields chosen by the event organizer that appear in the event registration form.

This personal data concerning the user is confidential and kept by inwink. It may be shared with its partners and service providers exclusively for managing the user's registration and participation in one or more events.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act "Informatique et Libertés" n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended by law n°2004-801 of August 6, 2004, upon proof of identity, users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them, as well as the right to object to their data being processed electronically.
